Service Description
This package will reserve a private rage room for 20 mins of smash time and comes complete with some furniture and/or larger items waiting to get smashed as well as *10 small breakables! You will be able to pick out one medium item after you arrive. Your session time includes the 10 mins needed to gear up, pick out your music and go over safety rules. *We also allow you to bring 10 small items from home for free! We have 2 rooms that each accommodate 2 ragers so groups over 2 will be split between 2 rooms.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible while ensuring fairness to all our guests. Please review our cancellation policy below: - 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session will receive a full 100% refund - Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made on the day of your booking will receive a 50% refund. - No-Shows: If you do not show up for your session, no refund will be issued. Thank you for understanding that this policy helps us manage bookings effectively and prepare for your experience. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible!
